My wife called me in a panic when her Subaru Ascent dash lit up like a Christmas tree. As with most people the first thing to do is panic. We decided to drive it directly to Subaru of Daytona. If I could give a higher rating, I would. After taking our 2024 Outback to our hometown dealership twice and being told if they couldn't replicate the issue, they couldn't fix it even though we thoroughly described the problem, we decided to drive two cars to the dealership where we bought the car, an hour and a half away and got a hotel so we could leave it overnight. Scammers took my car in they said it was a spark plug issue I paid 600 dollars to change the spark plugs which is insanely outlandish anyonewhere else or a quick google search would tell you it actually cost half that then in addition to screwing me over they didn’t even fix the car it kept misfiring then I brought it back and they said they needed to change the coil packs it hasn’t even been a month since the first service they never fixed it everyone knows you change the spark plugs and coil packs together then they tried ... read more
NEVER get a used vehicle. I trusted their word when they told me a service was going to be covered as my vehicle was close to 60k miles when I bought it just to be told "we checked everything mentioned you asked for and we don't do a service for 60k miles" came in for an oil change and find out the lied. They do have a 60k check. NOW they won't cover it because its "not in writing".
