Very disappointed at fact when entered service department told I was one week 2 hours and 37 minutes early. Yet I had received numerous emails stating I was late on service. I had made an appointment on line but told yes but that was a text and not an email. Not happy. Yes job was done and service rep took care of everything but this greeting should never have happened

I purchased my car from Subaru of Daytona for one reason: Coreena in service. She is excellent. She always does whatever she can to help her customers, is responsive to questions and is genuinely concerned when the customer has problems. Because of her amazing service, I know that when I need to bring my brand new Crosstrek in for service, my car will be well cared for.
The sales staff went above and beyond to help us get the best deal possible. This is our fourth Subaru from Subaru of Daytona. This is the only place to go for a great deal on a great car!
Chris Sweet took it home with the service that was provided for us. With a baby in the car our AC went out in the forester we have. Took it to Daytona Subaru and Chris our service advisor stepped up to the plate and was so gracious through every step! Very on time and punctual with his responses. Being a car guy I was so surprised with his knowledge as well as the fact that he came to me with the problem part and asked if I wanted to keep it for fun! (Small part of course). Just had the best time. Thanks Subaru and Chris!
