If I could I would give this Subaru dealership a Zero! I was going to purchase a car from this dealership. We had agreed on the price. The salesperson (Alex Nolan) told me the car needed 4 tires and an inspection which they were going to complete. I called over the next 2 days and the car was still not ready. When I finally got the call for the car I told Alex I would be there the next day to get the car and he said that would be fine. 3 hours later I get a text message saying the car was sold. I just recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience, especially with my salesperson, John Barsotti!! John provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident!! He addressed all of our questions & any concerns that we had. I highly recommend John’s expertise!!!! Thank you John, Joe, and Rick ….what an awesome team !! Subaru of Daytona Pre owned is most definitely a win win!!

I wish we could use negative numbers to rate this place. Terrible service! They advertised $25 giftcards for a test drive. They waste your time at the dealership, then refuse to pay out later. False advertising, and legalized SCAM. Avoid them at all costs!!
