Update: I spoke to the GM and he was apologetic. Not that it could change the way we were treated, but at least he was understanding and said he would look into it when he got off the phone with me. He offered that we would be treated right with the service department with the car we purchased out of area. Not ready to make a decision on service dealership yet…the dealer we went to was really great so far. I had a conversation with the service desk this week and I was literally left speechless!! The man I spoke with was 100% transparent and put high standards and ethics over making a quick buck!!! This standard of care just doesn’t exist in this world anymore!! I’d often heard of the very high customer loyalty of Subaru customers and this is exactly why!! I think that more companies need to take a page out of your book!! I’ve been raving about you to everyone that will listen ever since we talked!!!

Had a great experience purchasing my first Crosstrek from Brett and pretty impressed with Subaru service also! Friendly and super helpful! Brett made my purchase super pleasant and went out of his way to help me learn about my car afterwards. A lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful young man. I'm over the moon about my Crosstrek!
