A few weeks ago my 2016 Subaru Outback had an abrupt loss of power when I was driving through Radium. After phoning Subaru of Cranbrook I had it towed there the next day. The Service Team (thanks Susan & Scott) got me in right away. Unfortunately the vehicle was operating fine at that time and the computer showed no faults had occurred. UPDATE: I was made aware the manager of the dealership was on vacation and the salesman did not have the authority to make things right without him there. The manager was kind enough to email me while still on his vacation and work with me to come to an understanding. I felt bad that this had to bother him on his vacation, unfortunately I didn't know he was away until I had made every thing public and it really came to a head.
