UPDATE: I was made aware the manager of the dealership was on vacation and the salesman did not have the authority to make things right without him there. The manager was kind enough to email me while still on his vacation and work with me to come to an understanding. I felt bad that this had to bother him on his vacation, unfortunately I didn't know he was away until I had made every thing public and it really came to a head. I am not very happy with this dealership. I went and bought a used car from them, on the older side but I had unexpectedly found out I'm pregnant and my small car wouldn't be able to fit everything my new life will need. Just bought a secondhand car from Subaru of Cranbrook- what a pleasant experience! No hard sell, no hidden charges, no huge Administration Fee tacked on at the end. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesperson-Tiffany. This will definitely be my first stop when I need to purchase another vehicle.
