Very nice team. Got me in with no appointment today though it took some time. Brought my vehicle in to check for damage due to my oil plug popping out after I was serviced at jiffy lube (I know, dumb move). Oil was visually inspected and a magnet was used to look for metal shavings. Unfortunately they did not save a sample for me to send to a lab as most metals that could be present are not magnetic.

My car had a misfire problem on a long-distance highway travel, had to get off and stay in a hotel for the night. It was not easy to make it to here the next morning with rattling motor with all the check engine lights on. After finally arrived, all they could say was very strict "we are 10 days behind the schedule" while zero techs in the bay. Then bruh just put up the sign and on your website "no walk-in".
