Just wanted to test drive a couple different models. I was able to do the test drives & decided on what car I’ll get. I knew I wasn’t going to buy it in Houston. I was not pressured to buy.
Not returning phone calls on issues related to contracted services on car purchased less than one year ago. Several attempts to contact and solve the problem leading to a frustrating experience on post purchase support. Desapoited!
My 2017 Subaru Outback would not start and needed to be jumped if it didn’t run every 12 hours. I did some research and discovered that there is an issue with the DCM draining the battery on some models. My model was one that was affected so I brought it to the dealership to be fixed. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that even if it is my DCM with a known problem that it would not be covered because the extended warranty given expired 6 months prior.
