Very competent and accommodating.
I bought new tires here in the fall, and they didn’t put my hubcap back on correctly. The incorrect install led to a tear in the valve stem of the new tire, and a dangerous fix. When I called for help - they not only took a message but never called me back. The day before I had to drive 700 miles in snowy conditions. I had to take it to a different Subaru for help, where my pressure dropped on the road from 32 psi to 8. Luckily the other Subaru didn’t charge me and fixed the problem same day.
