Drove to Halifax to Charlotte town for a hockey tournament. Transmission light came on. Just needed a top up as the fluid was just changed. They couldn’t fit us in. And the ascent requires there special fluid. Traded it in on a Toyota. Subaru can kiss it
Worst test drive experience ever!! I called them over the phone to book a test drive and the got me to pay a $500 deposit and a credit application just to book a test drive as they had to order it from moncton( Thats two red flags right there) and two days later when i got there i had already changed my mind and got a car from Toyota dealership as I felt it was clearly a better option for me and went back to them on time to tell that i can’t buy that car, thats when the drama starts!! Would never recommend any Subaru dealership they are terrible for customer service I had an 08 sti hatchback a while back which they were terrible with I figured I’d give this place a shot for a used golf r they send me a 15 second video on the car and offered me $2500 lower than every other dealer on my trade in when I asked them about it the salesman told me the car is now sold and he is keeping it for him self his name was fahar I’m sure a car they just got in that was for sale a day earlier is now sold to him the place i... read more
