I was on a family roadtrip to PEI two weeks ago and our 2019 outback started making a rattling noise. Took it to the Charlottetown Subraru first thing in the morning, and not only did they accept it for servicing / diagnostic right away with no appointment given the circumstances, but gave me taxi chits to get back to my hotel and return later for pickup.
