Effective and prompt communication, along with superior customer attention made this experience stand out. Issues were addressed promptly, and fairness and transparency through the process. I was on a family roadtrip to PEI two weeks ago and our 2019 outback started making a rattling noise. Took it to the Charlottetown Subraru first thing in the morning, and not only did they accept it for servicing / diagnostic right away with no appointment given the circumstances, but gave me taxi chits to get back to my hotel and return later for pickup. Much more importantly, got a call only a few hours later that the problem had been identified, solved, and was ready for pickup. And even more, the cost estimate was mabe 5... read more
