Oil change and tire rotation plus safety inspection completed in under 45 minutes without an appointment! Extremely well run and very clean service department.
Cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Was in town from Corvallis on a Friday afternoon when our Ascent started making a terrible noise. They squeezed me in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it super fast. Thank you!!!
I’ve had my Impreza serviced here on several occasions. The location is convenient for me and their service has always been excellent. Having the equity shield coverage I purchased with the car, I just had them arrange some wheel repair for me and it went faster than the initial estimate I was given and I was well taken care of through the entire process. Great team who worked at an honest price. I was assisted by the service representative Chip, who did some background research and saved me some money by finding my warranty. The Subaru team had great communication with me throughout the repairs, providing me with realistic time estimates and costs. Not only does Subaru offer a superior product that lasts a lifetime, but they also offer the technical and mechanical support to ensure that happens.
Mmm where to begin! We bought a used car from these guys in spring of 2024, (only 10k miles on it) fast fwd to the last few weeks we had a tire blow out, alignment was bad, all tires were bald, and the subframe was damaged. We had not gotten into any impact situations that would have caused this. (We put~6k miles since we bought) There’s a host of scenarios that could have been with previous ownership.
