When having my oil change and tires rotated, I asked for them to do a balance check, and I was willing to pay for it. They refused to do the balance check, saying they didn’t think I needed it when there was vibrations in my steering wheel. Seven days later, I took it to a tire shop and had a road balance performed to find out that my Rim is bent, which is why it’s out of balance. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I was visiting from out of town and I took my 2023 Forrester here after having the passenger window blow out randomly on a Sunday. I was able to get an appointment the next day at noon for a window replacement. Jack and his team were so friendly and communicative knowing we needed to get back on the road asap. They did the work to try and find a window locally but ultimately had to rush order a replacement part from Texas.
