Went to this dealership thinking it was the same as every other dealership in Baton Rouge, where they bargain with you, “hold you hostage”, and just make you feel genuinely uncomfortable. I happened to get Dillon James as my salesperson. It was such a positive experience! Dillon was so knowledgeable, attentive, personable, positive and patient.
