I get the sense this service department recommends work that doesn't need to be done. Told me my brake pads are worn down and needed to be replaced, so I take my car by another shop to get the work done and what do you know: I in fact have plenty of life on them. Then an entire year later I get a multipoint inspection at another subaru dealership and they confirm the brakes are still fine.. Service was fast, good communication about the status of the vehicle, and the repairs were satisfactory.
