Seriously, lifesavers!! I am traveling to Chicago, to catch a flight, and I ran over some thing, causing my tire to audibly leak. I pulled in at 5 o’clock on a Friday, as all technicians were going home, and Matthew Shutes immediately came and looked at my tire for me. He then talked with the service manager, Eric, who decided to help me despite this terrible timing, due to my circumstances. “Parts can be left off, it happens” was the actual response from management. Excuse me? I’m not ordering fries, I’m trusting you with a vehicle that carries my family. Then the follow-up was basically “we made it right by having you come back.” No, you made me lose more time fixing a mistake that should have never happened in the first place. I feel compelled to share my praises of this uniquely amazing service department - particularly coming from a place where I had poor experiences years ago with the prior management.
