Big engineering design flaw in 2019 Ascent! Parasitic drain on battery when tailgate is open, even with all lights off. Many owners are experiencing significant battery drain.
Design engineering flaw in 2019 Ascent and also later models Foresters and Outbacks! If you try to use your Ascent for activities that require tailgate to be open 4+ hours, your battery will die!

I have a 2006 LL Bean edition. 6 cylinder. It's had multiple oil leaks, multiple strut changes, radiator changes and a new dash that took 1 year to get. Poor installation however! Maint in FL is bad.
Have 14 Forester XT it has detonation, confirmed by spark-plug manufacturer, even after WQW-58 recall, Subaru "Nothing is wrong with the car, refuse to send factory rep. Negligent!
