The service at Narellan as first rate. The boot of our 2023 Outback had failed to open. With 2 young grandchildren and a wife still recovering from a total knee replacement we needed a fully operational boot. We didn’t know if the fix would take 5 minutes or 5 hours or covered by warranty. Joe and Gynelle looked after us. It was quickly determined that boot motor would have to be replaced (under warranty). Fortunately they had all the parts and after a few hours we were on our way. Thanks
Gynelle was very attentive and friendly from my first contact and this continued through every part of along day.The whole team went out of their way to get me back on the road and I would recommend Subura Narellan Service to fellow owners!!
