Andy and Genelle are angels!!! They looked after me, made sure I was comfortable and talked me through all the issues that needed attention + costs. Highly recommend. I always leave here feeling like my car is brand new and feeling great after an amazing customer experience.

On Monday 15th September I had my very 1st service for my WRX. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Janelle who was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. She informed straight away that I could wait in the waiting room where coffee and biscuits were provided as my service would only take 11/2 hours. All in all a great experience also now knowing what to expect with future services.
The best service center I have been to in Sydney. Everytime I go there, always get the best service from Joe or Janelle :) And they will tell you if the service is necessary or not or even cheaper done elsewhere. I really appreciate that. It is so hard to find a service center that is not trying to rip you off these days! Thanks Joe, I got my headphone back :) And thanks for the deal! I hope I have done my part properly! Haha
