Took my car in due to a glitch with auto start/stop. Car had just gone over the warranty period but Gynelle and the team at Subaru Service Center at Smeaton Grange replaced the starter motor and fuel pump relay free of charge. I was ready to take a hit considering warranty had expired but instead walked away grateful and thankful!
Service took less time than stated. Pleasant people to deal with. Very happy to get my suzzy back

Every time I visit Subaru's Narellan centre, Joe always have find parts what I need for my car even my car is out of warranty.I recommend for every one.
The staff at Subaru were, and always are very helpful and co-operative. Gynelle kept me informed and updated and is always bright and cheery. That said, my experience with a flat starter battery on a hybrid Forrester took 3 working days to assess and instal a replacement starter battery. I initially spoke to the service area - must be a call centre - I was initially told that they would not be able to even book it in for 5 days.
