I had a great experience with the team at Subaru Narellan. The whole process was easy-going and the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend family and friends to have a look.
Car died driving up to Sydney. After getting towed to a safe location by NRMA when service guy arrived it was happy Suggested I drive to nearest mechanic. It drove happily to Narellan. People at dealership very pleasant and directed me to their service centre. The helpful and pleasant guy their did a quick diagnosis and couldn't find the fault and unfortunately the NRMA had cleared all the codes. Did not charge. Very different experience from dealerships in the city!
Nicole and Alana were amazing and supportive through the whole experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone buying a car from this dealership. Our whole family loves the car and will pop back in just to say gday to the friendly team.
