I had my car serviced today by Neil, Arial and the team at Subaru Glen Waverley. As soon as I stepped in the door, I felt right at home. Their level of service was second to none, far better than anything I've experienced before. The loan car that was provided was one of their latest models. A pleasure to drive and a car I was proud to babysit for the day. The quick turnaround of the entire process was very impressive. They definitely over-delivered at every step of the way. Thank you very much guys!
Although more expensive than I anticipated the service experience appears to have been carried out as per the plan. However I’ll know better in the next few days how well the new brakes perform.
We went to check out a low km 2nd-hand 2024 Outback. After a short test drive ended up signing to buy. Prior to pickup, a few days later, a couple of interior marks pointed out to Nick were removed, along with completion of a scheduled service. Vish assisted with pre-delivery arrangements, arranging carpet mats as an interim pending order back-fill of rubber mats. Happy with both the vehicle and service. ...Lex
The check in service with Neil was professional and very efficient. Car returned washed and vacuumed. But the customer waiting area upstairs is a bit worn. Perhaps more small tables and chairs to sit at to use the iPad or laptop. Look at Mazda Ringwood to see how it’s done.
