The service department at Step One Subaru is top notch. Every one on the phone was friendly and courteous. I took my Ascent in for an inspection that they needed for a few days. Julia was extremely professional and helpful. She arranged a shuttle and loaner car for me.
A lot of work done in a little amount of time period I was kept updated on progress. And what was going on period they went out of their way to make sure that my vehicle was clean before I left. Also, disgusted extended warranty with me. So I can start being prepared in the next two years.
Good experience. Met another woman and we talked. Time went by fast.
