Eye sight failure
I brought in my Outback for warranty work as my TPMS was giving a faulty reading. Also, I was getting a trailer hitch installed. I was given the option of waiting for the work to be completed or to get a loaner vehicle that was at no charge. I took the loaner vehicle and came back the following day to pick up my vehicle. From the moment I arrive, I was greeted warmly by Jacob who is both helpful and knowledgeable about auto repair. He gave clear communication about repairs and honest advice. His staff not only fix the problem but also fix other issues and leaks they discovered hidden on the engine. The final cost comes in at or below the initial estimate, I believe I’ve received a great value for my money. Jacob provides excellent service that surpasses expectations, I am happy with the results.
