Really bab experience in this dealership, first the never have appointments available and when they do is 2 weeks wait. I took my car after waiting 2 weeks and they fixing it under warranty., and they told me it takes 4 days at least, they didn’t provide a car loaner or anything so now I’m just win no car and my car has only 14k miles unacceptable
Good service, nice people, but very understaffed. It's impossible to reach the service center over the phone. The service counter intake always has a huge line waiting. Meanwhile, there are always multiple valets standing around looking bored. Why not train some of them to hop on the computer when it's busy? I had an appointment, was 3rd in line, and had to wait for 25 minutes to speak to someone at the service desk.
