Came in for an express oil change. Told front windshield wipers needed to be replaced... how much? $101.40??? Someone in their parts department is having a wild ride on hard working people... MA attorney general should take note IMO. Oil change was fine. Therefore stars commensurate. Marking up customers $100 to replace a wiper blade is a very poor tactic to maintain loyalty.
