This rating is only for what was picked up as part of the Service for my 2019 Subaru XV. I was advised that the LCA bush and transverse covers are split and cracking and need to be replaced. I was shocked that this has happened to a 2019 model car which is not taken off road. When I went online, I realised that this is a common problem with the XV and Crosstrack. Just purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek from Subaru Essendon and can honestly say that the experience right from the first visit was one of easiness as the staff are all so friendly, but more importantly, professional.
