I had the pleasure of working with a man named Saloum Bouchaaya. I can't thank him enough for his help. I'm a night shift nurse and had a broken car stereo for about a year and a half. I have visited this dealership several times for services and many other service members told me that I would have to pay the replacement in full. One of the most accommodating dealerships I've ever dealt with. Professional and their services are great, have been to them multiple times whenever my car needed to be repaired they'd have loaner cars that I've used for over a mos while i was away (military training) on multiple occasions. They have shuttles to take you home on. Highly recommended for subi repairs. They'll square you away so you can continue your work life as they fix your car.
My representative, Edgardo, is professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Parts department is ran by bunch of incompetent individuals. No updates on the order, never call you back and none of their numbers work that are listed on parts website. You have to dig around and find the correct # Avoid
Edit: I finally received shipping confirmation today, Jan 6. Thanks to whomever finally took care of this, still annoyed I had to wait so long and cause a ruckus to get my part shipped.
