My recent purchase of a Subaru Forester from Werribee Plaza store was hassle free, was able to go for a test drive for an hour which let me get the feel of the car. Tyler was great, she explained everything that I needed to know and went through everything the day I picked it up.
Very poor customer service – disappointing experience Visited the Subaru car store at Werribee Plaza today around 12:50 PM and was really disappointed by the service. The staff member on duty was sitting and playing on her phone when I arrived. When I asked a simple question, instead of helping or providing any information, she just told me to "go online and have a look." No effort to engage or assist at all.
