Past experiences with Chase Parkway Subaru had been pretty good. A recent experience tainted that. Our car wasn't shifting correctly so something was wrong with the transmission. They called and said that the transmission was OK which was a huge relief. They said the transmission oil filter had been crushed and was slowly leaking. They said they needed to flush the entire transmission and it would be good to go.
