Yesterday we picked up our new Subaru Outback touring XT. Returning home...a 2 hour drive....we couldn't stop smiling. Although we still haven't worked out how to use all the features, the ride was smooth, comfortable and certainly quieter than our previous car. The decision to purchase the Outback came down, in part, to the comfort of the driver's seat which has features and adjustments for a very tall driver to be very comfortable. We visited the store on two occasions. My wife visited first on her own and was very impressed with Joe's courtesy, sincerity and willingness to answer questions and provide additional information. When we attended together some days later, he recognised and welcomed her back to his store. I was equally impressed with his presentation and service. Would highly recommend him if you're interested in buying a new Subaru.
An initial discussion with the friendly pair of Joe and Arthur resulted in an appointment to discuss a new Subaru (our first) followed by a test drive and the purchase of a Subaru Forester. The delivery process was smooth with Arthur demonstrating an in depth knowledge of the vehicle and assisting us so that we were comfortable for our first drive home in our new car.
