Recently bought a new Forester to replace my ageing station wagon. Matt was very helpful and knowledgable, discussed my needs and desired features, was very approachable and kept in touch to keep me informed of the progress of my new car. Very happy with my purchase and the service provided.
The front desk lady wasn’t welcoming — she turned her head away and completely ignored us when we walked in. It really felt like she didn’t want to help or engage with us. That said, this five-star review is entirely for the AWESOME salesperson, Matthew Edwards — truly the best sales rep ever!
