I had a wonderful experience at Subaru Calgary. Kaedin was incredibly kind and patient — he explained the process clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Really appreciate his great service!
I would not recommend visiting this car dealership. The manager asked me to put down a $1,000 deposit to hold a car, assuring me it would be refunded if I chose not to proceed. However, after I decided not to buy the car, the deposit was not returned, despite multiple follow-ups. If you still choose to check out vehicles at this dealership, do not leave any deposit until you are fully certain you want to purchase. This was my experience, and it felt misleading and unfair.
