We are from the Midwest and our car broke down in the upper peninsula. We called and talked to Kelly Morris the service manager. She is the best!! She fit us in the next day, got us a rental car to use while our car was being fixed. She followed up during the repair. I wish we had a dealership and service manager in St Louis that is half as good as Kelly and this Subaru dealership.
JEFF sold me a 2025 Subaru crosstrek premium ☀️Sun blaze pearl and I couldn’t be more excited. They didn’t have one on their lot at that time so they brought one from Traverse. I can't say enough about this place because we really appreciate what they done for us. We were on a 50th Anniversary Road trip 19 days 6000 miles all planed with things to do. Our 17 Outback was new to us at about 126 K on it and 400 miles into this trip the rear wheel bearings started to go, They started screaming pretty good. The shop foreman on the phone realized we were on a trip and asked me to get it in ASAP. They worked on it in their spare time, confirmed and replaced the bearing that was real bad. Liv was fantastic!! She is thorough and very knowledgeable.
I had my brake lines go out and brought it into the service center. I had went later in the day and it was roughly a 5 hour job so they understandably couldn’t take care of it that day, but they were kind enough to give me a ride home about 5 miles away, and then a ride back the next day to pick up my car after it was done (and I didn’t have to wait the full 5 hours inside thanks to this 😁).
