Update: I took my partner's 2020 Subaru Crosstrek to Subaru By the Bay for routine service. While the service itself was fine, I’ve decided to lower my rating from 5 stars to 4. The reason? I was persuaded to approve an electronics system update described as addressing "bug fixes," but it ended up introducing even more system bugs. To make matters worse, I was charged a $100 co-pay under my Subaru Extended Warranty.
