Je loue une nouvelle voiture qui a du être réparé pour un défaut de fabrication dans le premier mois... aucun prêt de véhicule possible, malgré que c'est dans mon contrat. J'ai donc du prendre une journée de congé (perte $$ ). Très décevant!

The staff is absolutely lovely and amazing. They’re always so helpful, although I can’t say the same for the director. I truly had an horrible experience, he was very condescending and made me feel like shit. In the past, I’ve had troubles with having the right parts of my car repaired. They replaced something without my consent, I waited almost 2years to have a piece ordered and installed on my vehicle, and other issues.
