The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was a bit soft for my taste. The location is quiet as it is set a bit further away from hwy 400 than many Barrie hotels. If breakfast were included it would have been great. The restaurant has higher prices (typical for hotels) so I went out for breakfast. A better choice than many Barrie hotels.
This location is very accommodating and provides excellent service. They even went out of their way to make time for my oil change, even though I had shown up at the wrong time as I had gotten my appointment time mixed up (I'm not suggesting showing up at the wrong time, just making a point about the great service).
