Another mechanic shop caused a problem with my car and I had a short time frame to get it fixed. I went straight to Prime Subaru in Hyannis and told them the issue. They were booked at the time for service appointments but they still took me in right away. They also worked with me because I had a special request that needed to be done so the other mechanic would pay for their mistake. I feel like they went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend this location because they care about the customer.
