On June 28, I brought my Crosstrek in for routine maintenance—an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was overcharged for the services, and no one at the location has taken responsibility. The service advisor never answered my calls, and the manager completely ghosted me—even after I left multiple messages. 99 percent of the time nobody answers the phone at the parts department. It’s so annoying to have to call sales who actually answer to have them run over to parts and have to tell them to answer the phone and even then half the time it will still go to voicemail. I’m trying to give you guys money here come on.

Worst Subaru in the country. I had a recall and they did it wrong. I went back to fix it, and they guy with my case didn't even want to give me his name. Shame for Subaru. Recalls are not a joke.
