We bought the car from this dealership but they are lacking of professionalism. They mess up with car registration name. During the car purchasing time, they let us to wait for additional 30 min after appt time when there is a flood warning issued later of that day. After purchasing and leaving dealership, they called and stated that their tool box was left in the car and asked us to drive back to drop it off. The fact is they left in another car and it was already in Long Island by tracking!
I love the White Plains Subaru service center. I have been working with Nick C for over three years now and he has been great as well as the rest of the staff. I drive a lot for work, sports, and travel in general so I am frequently here getting my car serviced. I have had a lot of potential issues taken care of in a timely manner and saved thousands of dollars preventing vehicular catastrophes from occurring.
