I never usually write reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I purchased a vehicle from Subaru White Plains while on active duty with the U.S. military. After returning, I discovered the car had a serious steering issue, making it unsafe to drive—something that was not disclosed at the time of sale. In addition, there were errors with the title paperwork, and I was left to deal with fixing those issues myself. Got me in on a Saturday afternoon with the promise of an appointment and a car to leave it as the repair was certainly expected to take multiple days. Got in after a 50 mile drive to be told this is going to take a few days and we don’t give cars on Saturdays. Manager would not take my call and was told to come back Monday as I was now at the will of when they could actually give me a vehicle. Extremely disappointed and will do everything I can to now avoid coming back. Lost a very loyal customer.
Excellent pleasant service! Awesome waiting area that is private to have lunch/work during your appt. The technician was friendly knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I am very pleased. Super easy to get to off the Taconic/Sprain. Highly recommend!
This was my second visit to the Subaru Service Department and it was just as great as the first visit. From the moment I drove my car into the garage, I continued to be impressed with the appearance, the attendants working on the floor, my service advisor (Cristian), and the very comfortable waiting room. I want to shout out Isaiah and the rest of the team here for working in the cold and keeping everyone (especially me) happy. This place is a great bonus to owning a Subaru- good service, caring people, and they even will cover your uber home and back during service. Nothing bad to say.
