We had been losing an inch of water a day from our in-ground pool. Our "regular" pool guy said it was the main drain and we needed to get a diver to get it plugged. Called Subaquatic Pools - Ken messaged me and we discussed the problem. He was able to come out and determined the source of the leak (which wasn't the main drain) and a plug was placed in one of our returns! Water level stopped dropping and we can enjoy our pool again.
