I had some concerns about my Subaru's coolant before a road trip. Nice guy at the front desk answered all of my questions and even topped off my coolant for free!
My sister needed an emergency repair on her Subaru. While other Subaru dealerships were booked up, Cole and Mike fixed the problem immediately. She is from out of town and needed to get back to Steamboat. Cole also gave her suggestions on other minor fix-ups. I would recommend going to Subamotive Lakewood for all Subaru repairs. You'll get the best service and rates. Best of all service you can trust, unlike other dealerships that gauge on repairs!
The team is great! Cole behind the desk is so personable and helpful. He was awesome to chat with while I waited for my car to be ready. Matt is the best mechanic! He was so kind and helped make sure everything with my car was tip top. I appreciated them so much going above and beyond!
Cannot recommend this place enough! They were very communicative and transparent with everything and quick to get me in for an appointment and look at my car. I had taken my car in to several other Subaru mechanics over the last year for the same issue, just to be told that nothing was wrong. Cole immediately figured it out and then went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of. Very nice and professional, will definitely be a returning customer!
Fast and fair service, excellent customer service, and super quick and clear communicators. Will definitely be going to them for all of my Subaru needs. They answered my calls and texts really quickly. I cannot recommend them enough!!
