They were very helpful with my situation with my car. And very reasonable price. And everyone was nice.
I've used SubaGuru a few times Always happy with the service. Friendly honest place. You can tell they ain't out to make a fast buck. They'd rather have a repeat customer.
I had purchased a battery here. After a few months it died. I stopped at O'Reilly and they confirmed the battery was dead. I went back to Subaguru with my receipt, the guy checked the battery in front of me, and said it is still fine so he can't help me. I let him know I just had it checked at O'Reilly and it is dead. Only due to that, he gave me a refund minus the months it had worked. I left deeply bothered that they were more than willing to take advantage of the situation and blatantly lied. I will never return.
