This team is on point. Called ahead knowing I'd be in town for a couple weeks from another state, setup a time for drop-off and inspection of a used Subaru Legacy I had just purchased, knowing immediately I would have a couple things to address. I had an issue with my Subaru that happened unexpectedly and SubaGuru was able to get me an appointment quickly and run a diagnostic on my car to find the issue. Once they found what was wrong they were able to address it right away. The staff was very nice and helpful. I have now found my new mechanic in town. Thank you all for being so helpful and responsive:)
Really appreciate these guys. They really know the Subarus. They have done a great job maintaining and advising us on preventative maintenance needed to keep our two Subaru’s running and reliable at a reasonable price.
They gave me a bid on my ancient outback and got the car in quickly, did the work on schedule and the bill matched the bid. Super friendly front office people, even called to remind me to pick up the car before 5pm (sensing I was running a little late). So great.
