Elizabeth has some magic hands! She's able to get right in there and work the knots. She's also very detailed and thorough with respect to linking lifestyle/ work habits to muscle tension. There is a reason for the knots and Elizabeth will help you find them.

I've seen many R.M.T over the years but the detail that Elisabeth is aware of is magical. I've never had my neck worked on the way she does it. Getting every little tendon and muscle, extremely aware of what she's doing. She's always checking in to make sure I'm comfortable too.
