6 weeks ago a driver verbally attacked me while driving on Bow Trail. He made fun of my vehicle and called me a “Fag” the driver was also on his phone while doing this not safely driving I immediately called the company to voice my concerns and was eventually called back by Lori who was looking into this. The owner, Ross Jr, makes excuses for his bad driving but comes down full force on his employees for unfounded driving complaints.
We lost our heat when the polar vortex hit last week. We called Sub Zero on Sat at 7:30 am & Robert was here within 1/2 hr. He not only diagnosed the problem but spent 15 minutes on the roof at -34 & cleared the ice from the vent - clearly above & beyond the call of duty. I have been their customer for over 20 years & found their reliability, technical expertize & customer service to consistently be great! Last week’s experience just proved it! I highly recommend them.
We have used Sub Zero for a new Hot water Tank, Furnace replacement and Air Conditioning Installation and they have never let us down So polite, prompt and professional Thank you for your excellent workmanship
Service could not have been worse. Subzero came out to do an annual service on my hot water heater and furnace. The technician found that the vent motor was squealing. He ordered the part and the ETA was 2 -3 weeks. He serviced the HWT and furnace and charged me $191 noting that all other tests ran as expected. 2 weeks later the furnace quit.
