-12 degrees today. Called at II:00 am .Service tech was out in less that an hour. Heat restored in less than 4 hours...could not be more pleased.
Customer beware! Had work done recently to fix a commercial overhead heater. Via a commercial inspection of our unit ($120 diagnostic fee), they found a part that needed to be replaced. Was charged $278 for part. I found that I could purchase the OEM part online for $38 from a variety of reliable suppliers. I contacted their office regarding the 7X markup on part cost and was given a line of bull as to why the part was billed out at $278, then told "oh well". I will never use this company again. Sub Zero installed 2 new furnaces at my home 2 years ago and we are very pleased. We went with the variable speed fan which ramps up/down depending on the temperture in the house. The installation was perfect and we've had no problems. I have been working with Sub-Zero for years and I can't say enough about their service, dependability, staff and integrity..
It was 100+ degrees out last week and it was just as hot in my dining room. Sub Zero Refrigeration was here and had me up and running within a couple of hours. I was happily back in business for the day. Thank You Sub Zero Refrigeration.
