I have passed this place multiple times in the last two years and finally got a chance to try it and I’m pretty disappointed. If I didn’t mix the coconut into my flavored ice, there would be no flavor at all in the ice. I really feel I came out at a bad time because it seems to be all kids currently working. Wow. I have never been so disappointed with customer service in my life. Absolutely no urgency from these employees. I was there for an hour waiting watching these girls argue with their managers over the phone and disappear for minutes at a time in the back. On top of that, I paid $6 for a small, flavorless “ice cream cup.” Subzero experience.
We tried this place recently. We honestly thought it would have been a better experience, especially for the price. The staff were very unenthusiastic and boring when we thought we were paying for a special event for our littles to enjoy. Very lackluster experience. For a small 1 topping ice cream, a small 2 topping ice cream and a large Italian ice with no toppings, it somehow costed us $36. The smalls very extremely small.
