Do not hire this company!! The customer service is abysmal. Nikki is a snarky, belittling, unprofessional, jerk of all jerks. She sounds like she thinks she is all powerful and doing the customer a favor. They completely dropped the ball on coming out for our appointment. They missed the appointment time and I had to call the day of the appointment to remind them to send someone out. After tech came out, they did not submit the report to the home warranty for the repair and didnt even bother to notify me or the home warranty... read more
The guy was amazing. He diagnosed the issue, went up in the attic and fixed it right away. I was reading the past reviews for this place and was worried that they only have one star but that was based on the front desk conversations when I read those reviews. It is unfortunate that people leave bad reviews based on the receptionists response who clearly is costing the company some business. Clearly that individual does not fix the units. As far as the work is concerned, the guy did a great job and would highly recommend
Oh my god Nikki, she is the worst ever! And I refer to customer service. The level of rudeness is unbelievable! She acts like she is doing you a favor, and does not respect you at all. She hang on me today and told me to find someone else just because I was waist my her time be calling for the second time. The only thing I was requesting was a confirmation in the form of an email or text message regarding the appointment. I’ll never ever use that company in my life, and I will give negative review every time I can!
I don’t recommend using SubZero. Ever. Not only is Nicki/Nicky extremely rude with poor customer service skills, they will also begin to ignore your calls & voicemails when they haven’t even completed the job yet. It was an agreed upon part of the job before I paid, that the old ac unit would be hauled away after they installed the new one. That was THREE MONTHS ago, and guess where the old school unit still is? That’s right, sitting in my backyard. Any attempts I have made to reach out and get this resolved has gone ignored... read more
