My AC stopped working and I called Sub-Zero because of the amazing reviews. Nick gave me an estimated time of when he could come out and when a job in front of me ran a little longer he texted and let me know. He then texted me to let me know when he was on his way. He diagnosed a bad board and was able to temporarily bypass the board so I could have AC until he could get a new board and come back to install it which would take 2 days. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond and fix our air conditioning unit. We’ve always ran our unit on 67-68 degrees but now it’s feeling like 65. So it stays on 70 and we’re very pleased with your service. I hope you stay in business. I will refer you to others that need service as long as you approve. I can't say enough good about Sub-Zero. Nick was quick to answer and respond when I called, and was able to come out and check out my HVAC unit quickly. He's very very friendly and his prices are more than fair. Support your local small tradesmen and call Sub-Zero!
