I had a positive experience. I was concerned by some the reviews but most of us don't take the time to share when things go right… right? Cinch Home Warranty dispatched SubZero when the previous companies two repairs had not solved my cooling problem. SubZero made the repair recommendation and Cinch chose a different route. This company has horrible service never use this company. They never called and never answered the phone then charged me for a service visit! Never billed me then sent bill into collections. Never use this company

DO NOT HIRE!!! The customer service was horrendous. Not only could they not fix the problem, but they lied to our home warranty company telling them they were "waiting on parts", so we were not able to sign up for a new vendor to attend to the problem. We stayed home from work for more than 40 hours while waiting for them to show up (several times over the course of a few weeks), and they never even showed at our last scheduled appointment.
