We initially felt confident choosing this company. They were professional at first and provided a reasonable quote; however, communication quickly became inconsistent and untimely. We moved forward with the project, but unfortunately we regret that decision. The flooring work was poorly completed—uneven, visibly flawed, and ultimately not up to standard. I recently renovated my main bathroom. I wanted to do some of it myself but had Anthony come in to do the projects that were beyond my skill set. Anthony replaced the tub, did the tile work in the shower/tub area, and trimmed out the shower window. I also had him replace my sliding patio door. He did fantastic work for a reasonable price. There were no surprises at the end. I highly recommend Anthony and Sub Zero Construction!
We recently used Sub Zero for several home projects and would highly recommend! They were knowledgeable, professional, and had great attention to detail. Their tile work in our bathroom was beyond what we had envisioned. We are incredibly happy with how our projects turned out and would absolutely work with them in the future.
Anthony and his crew are true professionals, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. The work to turn my garage into a heated garage was done to perfection, until the last minute detail. I would be very happy to hire Sub-zero again for all my construction projects. I am very grateful for their help.
The Best. Ever. Estimates are spot-on. Results are amazing. The pics included are from ceiling to floor a complete re-do. It is amazing! They did it all! The team adjust easily with plan changes, listen, advise, provide great communications, maintain a very clean and organized work environment, and are true professionals! To go beyond expectations is exactly what they do. I highly recommend them for any construction job and will definitely expect to have another project for them in the near future!
