Installed a aircon unit in our new house just under a year ago. We had an error warning come up. Attempted multiple phone calls, Once I rang at 4:45 pm and the lady was leaving the office and wasn’t even 5 pm yet like the website states. Got told I would get a phone call back the next day and never got returned phone call back. Tried several attempts on mobile.
