Sub Zero Air is a rare Keys gem...They answered the phone, came to our home, got us new parts, and fixed the problem within a couple days🙌 anyone who lives in the Keys knows this never happens 🫣😂 Highly Impressive! House is feeling ice cold! Thank you!!
Outstanding workmanship, and Douglas and his men are extremely nice . My ac coil had a leak and had to wait 3 weeks for the part . Sub zero air put in a brand new top of the line bigger , more efficient unit the next day for just pennies more then the cost to repair . Call sub zero for all you home ac needs . Thanks sub zero for keeping us cool
Could not ask for better service. Doug (owner), was directly involved with customer service and felt like I was conversing with a family member. The techs, Bryan and Adriel, showed up exactly as schedule and fixed my unit without a hitch. They produced the "before/after" pictures without having to ask and that certainly gave me a peace of mind. Highly recommend it. THANK YOU DOUG!
I am a warranty technician for a boat manufacturer and I had to reach out to Doug at Sub Zero in an emergency situation when an unexpected issue popped up. He kept in contact with me personally through the whole process and I had my part in hand the next day. It is hard to find local businesses with good knowledge and resources in this field but I can say Sub Zero did not disappoint. Thank you guys.
We had been having horrible issues with our AC unit and never knew who to call. We came across subzero air and they did not disappoint!! We needed a specific Motor replacement for our AC unit and they drove all the way to Pompano to pick it up for us to be able to install on the same day. I have two kids and this south Florida heat is no joke. Their communication was great, they were quick and efficient and fixed everything that was wrong. I can’t recommend them enough!!
