I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they do their work. 15 minutes after my call, Doug arrived at my house and immediately began working on the mini split, he found the problem in an instant. 5/5 Stars definitely recommend. If I have any problem with my unit of course I'll call them.

The guys from Sub Zero Air were outstanding! Friendly, professional, and thorough. They were very courteous, wiped their feet every time they entered, explained exactly what they were doing, and even loaned my husband a wire-stripper tool. They got the systems serviced and the AC back on quickly. We highly recommend them for HVAC service! KUDOS, Sub Zero!

My Kawama Debra & Rick renters were on site at M7 during the whole process and stated the crew sent to our townhouse was experienced and well trained . To be preventative, we requested my central AC air handler’s coil taken out and cleaned. They included gauging the refrigerant level as well as also cleaning the air drum for optimum performance. It was great talking directly with the owner (Doug). He is very knowledgeable. Bryan and Adriel installed a new AC Unit for us on schedule, no issues at all. Great price and great service! We also signed up for the service plan to keep it running optimally in the hot Florida sun.
