So I literally just left there, and I just got finished cutting my yard and pressure washing my house, they were all chatting till I walked in the. The food was delightful. The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. With the exception of the young man that cashed out my order. As I was eating my food 2 of the staff members took a small break and went outside, they came back in never once visited a sink to wash their hands and just went straight to fixing food. The lady that was taking the orders kept the same gloves on touching everything. Some cleanliness and sanitary conditions and procedures really need to be addressed here. Foods good but......Why even bother having a store with a phone number if I can't order over the phone. Some people don't like ordering online! Gonna hang up on me then send a link for online..... I wanna talk to a person like it used to be!
I’ve been a loyal customer since opening day. Love the Owner and her staff. Her friendly staff i should say. I love the salads, sandwiches , and especially the cookies!!! Omggg the cookies! But today on Memorial Day was like I walked into a Subway at a gas station. I always get a large #19 and large ham and cheese sandwich or salad with my usual sweet tea and 1 or 3 cookies.
