Went yesterday for the first and will be my last. Workers was nowhere to be found. After yelling a few times the two girls showed up. They had to ask the same question many times. One girl told the other that my wife already told her what she wanted. Also to charge 2.39 per cup for water is freaking insane. Food was ok at best. Was hardly any customer and it shows. Absolutely the worst service and the sub was terrible. Sub Station was an all time favorite but this was disgusting,not at all the same, disappointing to say the least.
We came in to grab subs because I’ve been here in the past and it was great. However today’s experience was horrible. Melissa was the initial one to take our order was so rude and nasty. She set the tone immediately that this was not about to be a great experience. I almost told my fiance to just walk out and leave because I didn’t even wanna eat there anymore. Love me a Sub Station salad
Store looks good, food looks good. "Looks." I don't know where they source their ingredients but I'm a fat man who didn't finish my sub. And my girlfriend refused to eat the wrap. Sub, wrap, 2 chips, a drink. $34. We're not picky eaters.
