Went here for the first time this week. The food was great, plenty of meat, veggies were fresh and the bread was soft not hard even on the ends. Staff could be a little friendlier but everyone has bad days. Took it to go but the place looked clean.
Wasn't able to sit down , young man was putting up the chairs at 7:45 even though the sign said 830. Plus the young man behind the counter told him he couldn't company policy.

I love SubStation II. It’s my favorite fast food. It seems as if the vinegar or seasoning is somehow different that it was before though.
