I debated not leaving a review, but gah, I'm so tired of overpaying for sub par food and service. Ordered a turkey sub. The bread was stale. I ate one half because I was tired and hungry. I asked for a to-go bag and nicely mentioned to the staff that the bread was stale (so someone else didn't have to pay $14 for a stale sub). The employee's reply was "well, we toasted it". I let them know toasting stale bread does not make it NOT stale and they looked at me like I was crazy. No apology, just a snarky, "we'll look into it". ... read more
