I visited for the first time, and the staff were incredibly friendly and explained everything in detail. The food was absolutely delicious, and the place was very clean.
While I was speaking with an employee placing my order, another employee rudely interrupted me to talk with her about some gossip. Then, as another employee was about to actually make my sandwich, she began whispering to a "catering manager" or maybe a "district manager" that talked nonstop. After they looked around and realized there was a customer at the counter, they rushed behind the wall to finish their girl chat.
