Called Sub Cooled and Josh was extremely nice when answering the phone and sent a tech out very quickly. Mind you this week called for extreme temperatures with heat indexes going well above region norms. Nick showed up and he was extremely nice and professional. They were able to diagnosis the problem very quickly and explained what the issue was in layman’s terms and broke down what needed to be done. They were able to get the problem resolved quickly and A/C is back to normal!

Update on 12/4/2025: Yesterday we had the company out to repair our whole house humidifier. We had had another company out previously as we weren't aware this is something that SubCooled did. The other company came out THREE different times, unable to fix each time and trying something different the next. That company told us we would need an entire new system put in. Fast-forward to having SubCooled come out - he came out ONE time and within ONE hour, had the system fixed and working, for a nominal fee! We are SO grateful w... read more
