I had them out a few years ago to install a furnace that went out during a cold snap. I am in the process of updating my air conditioner to now find out my flue is not up to code(not a y pipe from the water heater to the furnace). Also they did not pull building permits. My water heater is back drafting(carbon monoxide entering the home) melting plastic on my water heater. Also possible fines for no permit. I assure you that I will never be using them again.
