Update on 12/4/2025: Yesterday we had the company out to repair our whole house humidifier. We had had another company out previously as we weren't aware this is something that SubCooled did. The other company came out THREE different times, unable to fix each time and trying something different the next. That company told us we would need an entire new system put in. Fast-forward to having SubCooled come out - he came out ONE time and within ONE hour, had the system fixed and working, for a nominal fee! We are SO grateful w... read more
Josh just installed a new heater & A/C unit for us on a week's notice. Very easy to work with, did all the paperwork in advance and walked me through the financing and rebate red tape. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
