Make appointment, put walk ins ahead of us, all about the Benjamins!
Two days in a row I sat there for over a half-hour. Day one I left after a half because I had an appointment. Said I'd be back. Day 2 sat there an hour as they took 4 people ahead of me. Would have been fine if they said it was going to be an hour wait. I realize I was a walk in. But was told that was ok. Courtesy would have been tell me the wait will be over an hour or make an appt. Dont make customers wait an hour then they'll them you are taking all appts first. Its not the only shop in town was just convenient. Very rude... read more
